The fatal weakness of GrandCentral and similar services is their lack of SMS forwarding support. With Vonage, I already have all of my voice calls ring simultaneously on my mobile, office, and home phones. So I like everyone to call that number. Unfortunately, if someone tries to send a text message to that number, it doesn't get forwarded to my mobile phone. So I also have to give people a separate number for text messaging.
