Five things I learned about OS X this week
I recently became and Apple Switcher and there is nostalgia for Windows with me. Here are 5 things I learned as an OS X newbie:
- If you hold down the CTRL key, that’s like right-clicking in Windows. Duh…
- Adium rocks.
- Expose, I adore you. Who knew, switching window focus could be this fun.
- The power of consistency. It’s great having the file/tool bars always in the same place.
- The built in text-to-speech capabilities are a great way to proofread stuff.
I may be late to the Apple party but at least I made it!
So is Expose your love of one of Austin’s finer gentleman’s establishments or a statement about Apple?
For you it is probably a bit of both I would guess.
