The only way the BCS works this year
The only way the BCS will workout this year is if Ohio State wins the National Tittle Game. Otherwise, there will be a few other one-loss teams who will be able to stake a claim for a split National Championship. The good news for BCS fans is that OSU should win it all. They will be the favorite regardless of who they play.
Personally, I am in favor of a playoff and therefore I want BCS chaos. I think if Michigan gets a rematch that will be BCS Armageddon. Every other conference other than the Big 10 will be upset and that will be the catalyst to something new. Dare I say a playoff…!
Actually, the only way the BCS will work this year is if OSU remains undefeated, AND Michigan falters against USC. Not only will that keep the #1 team number one, but it will always push away any doubt that there should have been a repeat conference game for the national title.
Good point. UM must lose if Florida wins. Otherwise, UM fans will demand a split national title.
