I have been parking at FastPark for about three years. I like the fact they have covered parking and they pick you up/drop you up right at your car. Overall, a great service. They also have the Frequent Parker reward program. I just used this for the first time and it was much simpler then I thought. You simply log into your account and request your parking vouchers. They send you email and you print the vouchers. You then park as you would normally. Upon exiting FastPark just had the vouchers to the cashier and your done. Simple.
I like reward programs that deliver on their promise. Reward programs like FastPark and Southwest Rapid Rewards do just that. Unlike say American Airlines and virtually every other major airline reward program. The blackout dates, restrictions, miscellaneous fees make it near impossible to use these rewards. It’s really a bait and switch, sure it may be possible to get a free flight for 25k miles but it’s definitely not simple. Most of the time I have to use more like 50k to get somewhere I want to go, when I want to go.

I’m much more likely to fly Southwest then any other airline simply because they deliver. Sure, I’ll take the American miles when I must fly American but there is nothing rewarding about them.
