I love Gmail. I would like to suggest two improvements:

  1. I’d like to have the option to switch between the default conversations view and the more traditional list of messages. The conversation view works 90% of the time. The conversations view breaks down when you have 10 or messages in one thread. It’s very hard to keep track of who said what, when.
  2. From the Gmail notifier, I would like to be able to mark a message as spam. Actually, I’d like to get rid of the spam but alas there seems no end to it. This saves the trip to login in to Gmail to clean up the unwanted messages.
