The online job market continues to heat up. Local Austin start up ItzBig is now looking for beta participants for its new service. From their website, they look like a competitor with Jobster.

I think they are on to a good problem and of course, there is a lot of money in jobs. It always amazes me that Monster is worth over $4 Billion.
