I read an article, which I’ll look up later, about these sites, and Southwest is not happy about them. This site may soon be rendered useless as Southwest is experimenting with seat assignments, and I’ve read where some other airlines have figured out that boarding from the back first may not speed the loading process.
Someone else told me Southwest was upset about this. Call it the law of unintended consequences. Everyone who flies southwest knows there is a tremendous value in the A line. I am definitely willing to pay to get on first. Until Southwest gives you a way to get A there will always be a black market economy for them.
