Say what you will about Mark Cuban but he is a passionate guy that enjoys what he does. His recent post about criticism is interesting in it’s omission about anything related to Dirk’s comments. How does Cuban handle criticism from one of his employees? Is this a matter that will be decided behind closed doors or one that will play out publicly?

I agree criticism can be very helpful and a great learning tool. The hard part is figuring out if the criticism is valid or a bunch of hogwash.
